Would you like to practise your cycling in a safe traffic-free environment? Cycle Confidence is here to help you develop your skills as part of a group of like-minded cyclists and friendly trainers.
Running as a weekly two and a half hour session (in six week blocks) Cycle Confidence supports improving cyclists as they get more familiar with cycle basics and start to apply their skills to complete short journeys around the venue (usually a park) while gently building up their fitness. It may be possible to join a six week course (at Endcliffe Park) after the start date. Contact the Pedal Ready office – see below.
Cycle Confidence courses are free to those who live or work in Sheffield. Bikes are provided. Book now to join sessions in your area!

Mondays: Darnall, High Hazels Park (women only) 10 am-12 midday
Tuesdays: Hunters Bar, Endcliffe Park 10am-12.30pm sessions. Six week courses : 28th March – 2nd May; 9th May – 13th June; 20th June – 25th July . You may be able to start after the course has started if there are places.
Thursdays: Hillsborough Park 10am-12.30pm sessions continue every week. High Green 11.30-12.30pm.
Saturdays: Hunters Bar, Endcliffe Park 10am-12:30pm. Six week courses: 1st April – 6th May; 13th May-17th June; 24th June – 29th July. You may be able to start after the courses has started if there are places.
