Our co-operative of friendly trainers have helped new cyclists of all ages take that first step into the saddle. Even the most nervous beginners will be surprised at how easily they can pick up the basics and start to pedal around under their own steam.

Mondays: Darnall, High Hazels Park 10am-12pm (women only) Westfield Sports centre 3-6pm
Tuesdays: North of the Botanical Gardens S10 (INDOORS) 5-8pm
Wednesdays: Sharrow – during school term times 5-7pm, in school holidays 4-5 pm complete beginners; return to ride 5-6pm ( can be flexible contact the office)
Thursdays: Hillsborough 10am-12.30am (Not during the school summer holidays – contact office for alternative venues); High Green (INDOORS) 9:30 to 11.30 am
Friday: Burngreave 9-10.30am (women only)
Sunday: Northern General Hospital 9:30am-12:30pm
